I barely leave one stars, unfortunately the entire team at this particular Watsons was so rude that it was a huge contrast to the helpful team at Mannings on the same floor, where I was able to buy what I needed. What a shame for Watsons to have team members who are unhelpful, impolite, and seem to lack interest in completing a sale, let alone provide basic info.

Very poorly trained and rude mannered sales people, entered looking for pain killers and was immediately approached by workers who pointed out my acne and showed me products even after telling them I wasn’t interested. Had to repeat this with two other sales members before they finally walked away. This has happened to other family members and friends at this store and makes no one want to shop there as it becomes a negative and draining experience. I think the staff seriously need (re)training.

Came in looking for a specific brand and was redirected to an Taiwanese brand with 0 reviews online that's conveniently only available at Watson's but is 4 times as expensive. Went to look at sunscreen. Different sales person redirected me to an unknown Hong Kong brand only available at Watson's that was again 4 times as expensive Only redeeming factor is another sales person explained aha/bha/pha. A pro/con is I couldn't even pretend that I don't speak Cantonese because salespeople spoke English 🤷‍♀️

It’s interesting how they just brazenly critique customers’ appearances and skin conditions unsolicited but are puzzled as to why such sales tactics are off putting.

Horrible salespeople who won’t help you look for what you need, if you ask them where is Product X they will try to get you to buy expensive Product Y instead. They will also criticise your physical appearance and propose something you could buy to “correct” it. I told her no and she kept going on, eventually I asked her to please stop bothering me before she left me alone. Please provide the sales some basic training on how not to offend customers. I went to Mannings couple shops away afterwards to get what I needed instead. Much better staff there!
