This Friday (12 Jun), while I was in the waiting area for my check-up, I was suddenly startled by a staff member shouting aggressively at another colleague regarding her work. The outburst was loud, unprofessional, and incredibly disruptive to the clinic’s environment. This experience has left me with serious doubts about the professionalism and workplace culture of your nursing and administrative team. As a reputable clinic located in Central, your patients expect a calm, reassuring, and highly professional medical environment. Behavior of this nature is entirely unacceptable and falls short of the standards one would anticipate from your establishment. I strongly urge management to look into this matter and reconsider the training and emotional regulation programs provided to your frontline staff. Patients visit your clinic for care and peace of mind, not to be subjected to internal workplace hostility.

1. Delayed notification of critical results The center failed to promptly notify me about abnormal, cancer-suspicious findings, causing an 8-day delay in follow-up care. 2. Incorrect Test Results The report mislabeled the left breast as the right, creating a discrepancy between the imaging and the conclusion. 3. Poor Handling of Report Corrections After multiple requests for a corrected report, I got a text massage saying it was ready for pickup. I took time off work and traveled in extreme heat—only to find no staff were aware of the request, and the corrected report wasn’t prepared. I had to wait over an hour to resolve this. I’m typically patient and overlook minor issues, but when a single checkup involves multiple failures, I feel compelled to share my experience with future clients.

Walk in for x ray right after the lunch break, 13 to 14:00, after filling out the form, almost no queue, had my x ray done and was done in less than 20 minutes after arrival. For the elderly, enter the building through the Aussie Grill entrance, go up one flight of escalators to reach the main elevator bank to the 22nd floor. Otherwise enter via the skywalk from Central Tower on the third floor and take the private movie elevator down to the ground floor to reach the main elevator bank.

Very good location for health checkup, many meeting room and health checkup facilities, especially not only weekdays open, but is also Sunday, that’s very good for people during holidays also can booking for checkup, here many insurance companies will booking for their Mainland Chinese clients for health checkup.
