Professional and speedy service. The initial consultation was free and they were able to make arrangements for someone to come see my windows and balcony door very quickly after receiving my request. The staff in charge of my free quotation was even early to our appointment at 9 am which was an added bonus as I had to head to the office that day. Within 2 weeks, arrangements were made for the repair work to be done and the staff in charge of the repair work were on time and were able to finish all the repairs all in one afternoon . The repairs involved replacing a window handle and replacing all of the plastic waterproof barriers of my 2 windows and 1 balcony door. Highly recommend them again for any issues with your windows and/or balcony!
