Needed to print a pamphlet, but was not sure about the document size. When asked about the size, they were annoyed and replied it was a pamphlet size without any dimension info and turned away (mind blown). I had prepared an illustrator file already thinking of paying extra for the staff to help me fix my file(which is very common at all printing shops) but the staff said they don’t accept an illustrator file and turned away again! Horrible service and attitude. Ended up leaving directly.
