First class ever… it was hard but so fun! There’s no negative pressure about not being able to do something and Nicole, our instructor was super patient and understanding. She gave lots of options about how you can do it without pushing yourself too hard! Lovely instructors 💜 Highly recommend you try this place out!

glad it made my 1st reformer pilates superb. instructor boyi is friendly and professional too she explained all steps to me. I believe its rare that they run classes even for just one taking the class? anyways i enjoyed and learned!
