Impressive selection of hardware and very helpful at taking your money. Not so helpful when it comes to solving your problem and showing some humanity. Edit: Came in for a set of Allen keys to change the battery on a baby toy. Staff very helpfully suggested a set which I bought. Managed to unscrew 4/5 screws so I returned for help with the last one. Was told that I'll need to buy another Allen key and that if he just helped everyone who came by he'd be out of business.
