Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Confirmed an item availability on WhatsApp and told them going to pick it up today. When arrived, the female staff just said "I don't know, it's around there" Yo, like if you don't wanna sell don't open a shop.

Street level store. Quite “old school” market like feel. Not a lot of service but they were not rude. Despite the craziness of inventory they seem to know what they have. Having said that, they had my shoe size in the model I wanted. Could I have gotten it cheaper elsewhere? A little bit (because my wife got the same model for slightly less). BUT they did not have my size so it’s all academic.

Woman was extremely rude to us even if we were just asking about the colours of the shoes that we want.

Probably the worst service I've ever come across. Went in to ask about price of pickleball paddles and squash rackets. Said we'd think about it and that we'd come back. Came back, bought the paddles and said if we buy more (I needed a squash racquet) if there's a discount. They said no. I was tempted to show them the price of the Technifibre Carbonflex 125 X-Top NS which was cheaper on the decathlon website than their price but decided against as they were so disinterested in listening to anything. After dropping HK$1800 on paddles and balls, they didn't even say thank you or goodbye. The epitome of rudeness. Just don't come here. Terrible owners/ employees.

Terrible service quite simply. The shop just wants you to walk in, buy and walk out. They don't like it when you ask for help or support or basically anything that involves disturbing them. There's plenty of badminton shops within a 5 minute walk of Rose Sports which offer better service and lower prices, don't waste your time here.
