I absolutely love this shop! The staff are so nice, and the goods are fantastic. My dogs adore the snacks and food from here. The White Musk odor expert product is my favorite, and I really regret not buying more.

Modern pet store with everything your pet could need; food, treats, grooming tools, clothes, strollers, carry bags, leashes, and collars. And it ppears they offer boarding & pet therapy with an indoor pool.

The most terrible and annoying experience I’be ever had for pet services globally. The place are stinky and shabby, and piles of dirty towels were scattered all over. The staffs only focus on their own chats and provide wrong confirmation several times, regardless of what they were been told to be cautious about. They put dogs and cats together without any segregation or early notice, resulting in stress among the pets and incalculable consequences. The attitude was terrible, and the staffs no matter male of female are no other type of people but the ones who wish to get off work as soon as possible. They put their customers and the reputation of the shop in the neighbourhood at lowest priority. We would never recommend this shop and its services to our friends or neighbours. We’ve seen many bad experiences here in google, and we believe this one won’t the the last one.

Not bad for a pet house that have aircon, understand it has minimum spend of $120 but what's the point of coffee is not included in the minimum spend... The facilities are old and need some cleaning.. The wait time for food is quit long But the time frame they gave us is 1.5 hours...

The products are quite costly. But I guess this is quite common in HongKong. And I do believe a lot of people including myself are still willing to pay that amount of money coz apparently it’s not easy to find quality pet supply in HK. Just a little step back is the staff there are a bit too pushy, they would continuous standing next to you and trying to push to shop as much as possible, despite the needs of your pet. P.S. attached there’s a sterilising spray which cost me almost hk$700, and later on I found a similar product (different brand thou) at another household shop which cost less than hk$300!
