One thing I have to agreed with a previous post, the staff in 利園山店 is incredibly unhelpful and above all very rude. She should get a pay rise to cheer her up. Good luck to the owner

Do not buy skinceurical products from them because the batch code is nowhere to be seen and the CE ferulic is already too oxidized to be used when you first open it.

The attitude of their employees in 2 Causeway Bay shops are horrible. And when I read their google reviews, I realized I am not the only one. I am an easy customer, I got into their store at the store close by Lee Theatre, I try to ask the cashier who is playing phone game at that time,I asked if they carry a brand, she just pointed her finger to a direction (rudely), then go back to her game.
