I visited Salala Beauty with high hopes, given their reputation for stocking premium skincare products. However, my experience left me disappointed and questioning the authenticity of their offerings. While the shop claims to only sell genuine, high-quality skincare, I noticed some questionable brands on their shelves, such as CCS and Cellmaximum, which are marketed as made in the US. However, I’ve never encountered these brands at legitimate retailers or salons in the United States, raising red flags about their credibility. To make matters worse, the prices of these lesser-known brands are on par with well-established, reputable brands, yet the staff seemed to highly recommend them over the famous names. It was concerning, especially when I learned that CCS had previously been involved in a scandal for misrepresenting the ingredients in their products in China. Despite this, Salala Beauty continues to carry their products, which feels unsettling. As a former loyal customer who trusted the staff’s recommendations and spent thousands on their products, I no longer feel comfortable returning. The whole experience has left me feeling deceived and wary of the store’s practices. I
