For my most recent move, Ben was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process - before, during and even after the move. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. He can’t control every detail (nobody can) but if you communicate your requests to him and his team, they will do their best to assist. In terms of pricing, as discussed in advance, Ben adjusted the fee quote after I discarded a lot of items at the last minute. It was very fair and such flexibility gave me peace of mind. I would recommend Setia but in case they are not for you, do your research and make enquiries before you decide. Note: I am a repeat customer and was not asked to write a review. I first used Setia after doing some research and making enquiries with a number of companies. I still get a fee quote from other recommended companies as a standard procedure but have ended up using Setia each time. Setia are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but I feel they would be the best overall for my move - efficient, good service, fair pricing.

Would rate zero if i could. The owner Ben went MIA for days before our scheduled move. We had major changes to our stuff and wanted the quotation to be changed but he's unreachable on phone and our messages get "read" on WhatsApp but no reply. Eventually his team came on moving day, totally lost and unaware of the changes. Did not move the fixtures as agreed and broke a couple of items. When payment came, the prices were 20% higher from the quote (as their boss did not factor in some costs, Ben refused to talk to us and we felt bad for the poor staffs who were working so hard). Fed up of waiting, i had to drive back to the old site to shift 3 huge ceiling fans back in my car on my own! Unbelievable! They did not use a proper handyman to fix the stuff up - my kid's bed recently collapsed and we discovered it was due to their sloppy assembly. Please avoid this mover at all cost!

Setia have helped us move twice (before and after our renovation). Ben, the owner and his team ensured both moves are smooth, professional, efficient and on-time. The service provided was definitely good value, I highly recommend Setia. Well done, Setia.
