Finding a good baguette at a reasonable price can be tricky in HK, but this bakery can do both. They also clearly label most of their products, making it suitable for vegans or people with allergies. The chocolate and nut bread is SO good and contains no egg or milk! :o

found this shop when walking with Kie along prince edward road, attracted by its name Ueno Bakery & Enzyme, and the display of the variety of enzyme infused bakery products: breads, pastries, and shortbreads, more specifically croissants, toasts, pineapple cakes, etc. As its name imply, I guess it gets the inspiration or technique from japan or taiwan and pride itself on making bakery with enzyme to.improve flavour and digestion to appeal to health conscious customers

healthy choice of breads are freshly made daily, soft and yummy, but not cheap. staff is nice, but owner is not polite.

Seldom come to Prince Edward, and ever since I tried their bread and pastry, I always come back when I pass by. Love their taro cake (or pastry). It's Taiwanese style, and freshly made here. Breads taste better than big branch bakery shops, even though I wish that they have a shop near where I live.

It offered a variety of delicious bread but prices were higher than most bakery in Hong Kong. My favorite is "Full of Nourishing" (養生歐克) which is healthy and delicious. The size was not big but charged HK$ 17.
