Very efficient and well- organized hospital. The registration, consultation, and treatment process moved very quickly compared to public accident and emergency departments. Helpful staff and professional doctors.

LOVE is felt everywhere in this hospital. My visit was from 2200hrs to 0100hrs at their 24hrs clinic, I am a foreigner, don’t speak Cantonese, and have a poor command of mandarin. Every staff that we made eye contact with stepped forward to ask if we need help and rendered help in any ways they could the moment we asked for it. They also stepped forward when we were looking at signages, asking where we need to go and directed us there. Waiting time was explained clearly and accurately the moment we arrived, and also which hospital to go if emergency. Doctors and nurses were professional and patient. Nurse seeing we are foreigners from the form called out our numbers instead of names (even though we provided Chinese characters) like other patients in case we don’t understand Cantonese, which is really the case. Pharmacists were exceptional, patiently explaining the cost and down to the last details of how to administer the medication. If the rates here are private rates, this is lower than the government hospital rates in Singapore for Singaporeans. We worried about how to return to our hotel, but there were taxis waiting right outside the hospital that we could hop on… Thank you f

Nice outpatient lobby with music to wait for doctor. Super helpful to accept walk in to see paediatrician on Sat morning

This is probably one of the best hospitals or places to see doctor. Approximately 5-10mins walking distance from Sung Wong Toi station, have many buses that gets you to Kowloon Tong, Mong Kok East and Prince Edward Station. They have our patience services throughout the day including public holidays between 8am~8pm, including pediatric. Of course after 8pm or during holidays, it can be quite a bit of time. In terms of price, they are usually cheaper than most GPs you can find around the area. Not only is it reasonable price but more importantly is you don’t need to call around finding the nearest doctor that’s open. The staff and doctors are very nice and patience. Usually very helpful. Please remember to bring a mask tho.

Stayed one night here, convenient location, with a Starbucks with plenty of seats. Great when not in the mood for hospital food. Only problem is the wifi here sucks, don't expect to get any serious work done on your laptop here.
