It is as a very bad experience . Firstly it was hard to book an appointment for several days waiting . Then CS told you , your cleaning staff was not available, so assigned other randomly. The cleaning staff not only cleaning my stuff and did not ask me to throw out my stuff. It was terrible. Please don’t find this cleaning company.

I asked for service to clean air conditioning, they did a poor job as it is not clean as well as making a mess. The chemicals used to clean has damaged my window frame which cannot be cleaned. Upon calling them they say its not their fault, trying to blame me for decorating causing damage to frames myself and poor water quality. Do not use their services, I don't recommend at all. The 5 star reviews and claim to be the best in Hong Kong is a lie.
