One of my favorite things to do in Hong Kong is to find a sunny day and go to Tsim Sha Tsui for afternoon tea. This cream-themed decorated restaurant caught my attention at once. And for just $288, you can enjoy a 6-course dinner through the tasting menu. It's simply too good to be true. 🥰 🍉Watermelon, raw tuna, and cucumber salad 🦞Creamy lobster soup 🥑 Avocado mousse with crab meat and smoked salmon The appetizers were not only beautifully presented but also had unique flavors. My favorite was the creamy lobster soup, which I finished in one go. 🥩6oz American Angus beef steak I specifically asked the chef for medium-rare, and the tenderness was just right. 🍗Home-made marinated chicken with Italian rice This is the most unique Italian rice I've ever had. The aroma of oil mixed with a hint of wine flavor really got me. Hahaha The chef said that the Sichuan-style roast duck and spicy pasta is his fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine. I must try it next time. 🤤 🧇 Dessert 🍵Matcha milk (The latte art was really beautiful!) Halfway through the meal, two Koreans actually came and sat next to me. just discovered this $138+ 3 course set dinner in tst. and with such calming vibes- wooden tone, cozy seating, and even a massage spot upstairs! perfect for a chill meal~ 🥗yuzu vinegar salad fresh and crisp greens, and the yuzu dressing was sweet and citrusy 🦀avocado crab meat toast heavenly combo, highly rec!!! 🥧mango salsa scallop tart the flavour of the mango overpowered the scallop. felt more like a dessert fruit tart lol. skip. 🍝spicy italian sausage spaghetti the sauce was rich and savoury, and the sausage added a nice kick. portion was much bigger than expected. v impressed by this dish!! 🍗roasted french spring chicken w lemon & herb lightly seasoned, lean but still tender, perfect if ur craving a light protein-packed meal. i wish the veggies were more seasoned or roasted longer for extra depth 🥐mango croffle (add-on) flaky, buttery, w fresh mango. they hv tons of other flavours too 🍵mango matcha latte (add-on) omg i love this gorg blend of flavours. We have stopped here for a lunch, and it was a good decision! Spaghetti with grilled chicken, mushrooms and a little of the Parmesan cheese on top were very tasty! Especially like an appropriate portion of pasta (not to much, just perfect 👍). The place inside was modern and service was fast!

Food was tasty but overall quite pricey for what it was. Seats are quite small and toilet wasn’t very clean. Risotto I had was really good but the 2 fried prawns look rather pathetic. I recommend the spring chicken instead for better value.
