Bought a mattress but turns out the apartment lift can’t fit the mattress size I bought. Instead of giving full refund, I have to adjust and willingly change the size. Additionally, the shipping scheduling forces me to adjust to their shipping schedule instead of my availability. In my case I live in Kennedy town and they said since Kennedy town is the first area to ship, they WILL ONLY SHIP IN THE MORNING. Terrible company don’t purchase anything there

Don't buy from this company. Pricerite 實惠, sold me two defective wardrobes, badly installed then sent a horribly rude "repairman" who shouted at me in my own home and walked out without doing anything. No apology from Pricerite 實惠 and they ignored my messages. Perfect example why Hong Kong businesses are losing out to local competitors, poor customer service! Wish I had read the reviews before I went there. Seems defective products and bad customer service is what they are about.

Regretted going with them for tailor made furniture. 30 days guarantee is a not a guarantee. I am preparing a legal claim at small claims court after they confirmed they cannot fixed the damaged furniture they fitted badly. For minor things they can fix, I need to wait another 2 months for them to come. Totally disappointed because I always liked the Pricerite brand.

The amount of miscommunication at this branch is almost out of this world. We went to buy a hydraulic bed, a mattress and a reclining sofa. The ladies there only showed us 3 bed frames (most expensive). Upon purchase, we saw cheaper and better sized ones on their website. We had to go back in to amend, which was already annoying. The hydraulic bed delivery was vague, they offered to call us closer to the date (they didn't so we had to call back). A time and date for delivery was confirmed. We gave them 2 phone numbers because they asked. On the day of, my wife waited at the new house for 2 hours. The delivery guy only called my number while I was at a meeting. A staff member named P said we agreed with the driver to use just one number (a complete lie). He said the bed can be delivered again on the same day for an extra $300. We said no as it isn't our fault, so they told us to wait another week. We couldn't wait that long as 50% of our luggage had to go inside the bed before other deliveries came in, so we asked for an earlier delivery and agreed to pay an extra fee. Pricerite suddenly said that it's not an option and the courier can't do it, which was confusing. They also impli
