Nice building and useful thoroughfare. The ground floor links pedestrians between Gloucester road and Jaffe road. There is a taxi pick up pint at the Gloucester road entrance. The ground floor has a sitting area that is open to the public to lounge around and enjoy the air conditioning. Most importantly there is the pedestrian tunnel. It connects allows people to get from one side of Gloucester Road to the Other. Access on the WWTC side is via the underground carpark (ground floor entrance on the side of the building). On the opposite side at the waterfront the entrance is by the Noonday Gun.

Now the shopping mall has been rebranded to wwwtc mall after a long period of renovation. The mall is conveniently located in Causeway Bay. The toilets, while being opened to the public, are clean and properly maintained. There are more than a dozen chairs for visitors to sit and take a rest. The only demerit I have discovered is the air conditioning. While it may be very comfortable in the hot summer, it's too chilly on a cold winter day. Perfect if the temperature can be adjusted more accurately in accordance with the outside temperature.

I would consider this as an upper class mall. The shopping taste is more luxurious and at high end. There is a couple of nice cafes which you could enjoy the environment. Take a stroll up the Victoria Sky Park and you will be granted a great view of Kowloon waterfront and beyond.

The renovated building, including the mall, was updated to recent standards. Some buttons and doors were contactless. The shop mix was all middle class to high ends. Washrooms were clean and hygiene. The management was good.
