Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:30–21:30. It is open seven days a week. Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.

$88 for the big bowl 5 snakes soup which was good. However the sausage sticky rice $22 was a little lacking in flavor & ingredients.

Amazing tasting snake soup. Yes snake, give it a try, it's actually deliciuos. Great retro atmosphere. Don't think much has changed since they opened a long time ago. It's rare to find old HK style decor like this. Friendly service. Mainly locals eat here, so it's an authentic experience. Non touristy

First time ever trying snake. I got the羹and my aunt got the soup. We both felt warm/energized and 暖胃 on a chilly day. Both items were rich in flavour. Next time I'm back in HK I'm definitely going to try some other things.

Just came across this restaurant for snake soup, it’s a neighborhood restaurant that you shared table with others. The snake hot pot rice was so flavorful, I added lemon leaves to make it more fragrant. I cannot finished the rice but did find all the burnt/crispy pieces to eat(a must for hot pot rice). It’s a great meal for a cold day. Lots of patrons ordered the snake turtle soup, they said it’s not bitter(it’s ink colored) but good for health🤔 the glutinous rice with Chinese sausage and peanuts also looks good, but no room to try it.
