Just research for mother she needs new sofa

Hello team, We bought this dark grey/brownish sofa on mid of Jan this year and when we received, it wasn’t same as what we saw on your store ( for example how tightened & fit sofa (light green sofa)on your store looks like) we thought may be the package while delivery got little loosen. So, we started using cover but until now its getting out of shape and the puffiness is completely gone and looks super loose. We don’t have kids at home and all adults working people so only using this sofa at night. We are very disappointed with your service and product, the amount we paid was $4740 which isn’t that pricy but atleast new sofa will last in good condition for 2-3 years but here only 5 months and looks super shaggy(as if we bought 5/6 years back). I have tried reaching you guys on email,Facebook,Instagram but didn’t get any reply. I’m not looking for full refund but atleast someone has to reach us to maintain this sofa condition as how we saw on store and fixed it asap. Looking forward hearing from you soon. Thank you Angie

Very spacious. Probably the biggest of its kind, able to show more products than most of its kind. However some of the salespeople are a little pushy and follows you right behind your back, even rude when you leave when you didn't make any purchase.
