Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

This tutorial center is very disappointing. The tutors are clearly inexperienced and even arranged for my son to attend the wrong class. When confronted, the school refused to accept liability and the staff were outright rude in their responses. It does not operate like a proper tutorial school. Instead, it seems they simply group students together into one class to cut costs, regardless of ability or suitability. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident, it reflects a broader pattern of poor management. The facilities themselves are old and neglected. The toilets are dirty, adding to the overall impression of a place that is not fit for children’s learning. Strongly not recommended for any parents seeking quality education support. Poor teaching, poor service, and poor environment.
