Chai Wan is part of the Eastern District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Hong Kong addresses give the street and number, the building name, then the floor and unit; "G/F" means the ground floor, and as big buildings can have several entrances, look for the directory board in the lobby.

UNPROFESSIONAL IRRESPONSIBLE Proposed to dismantle the bathtub without finding out the cause of the leakage. After the dismantling, there were still other part of seepage problems to be followed up. While the fixing project was not completed, the tenant was asked to find another engineering company to follow up the leakage that partially could not be solved 😨
