There was a very kind and friendly lady who was extra helpful with finding my mother the right product. It was a great experience despite the busy location and heavy rain.

Good location and easy to access from public transport. Not the best Sephora I have visited, many testers were finished or missing, no staff on the floor to assist

Great experience at Sephora K11 Musea! The attendant who helped me with shade matching was amazing—really attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I got the right products. Ended up shopping a lot, haha. Definitely appreciated the excellent service!

Lots of varieties and brands. Location is very convenient, at the entrance of Windsor House, near H&M, and opposite to Causeway Bay IKEA.

Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Love the selection, definitely not a lot of makeup brands available but they’ve got the basics and quite a variety of skincare.
