if you intend to arrive late, better call ahead. I got a very grouchy caretaker opening my door, totally unpleasant. he even said h3 has the right to reject my stay because I arrived after midnight and he was sleeping.... and I paid upfront for the booking to guarantee the room too..... rooms were just as what the pictures described, as I was the one who posted this. small and cramped. not much space to put luggage. toilet was small and damp and dark. definitely 1 star quality. don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.
