They were no staffs and when they came in they were racist towards me and my friends and they were also watching they’re phones. Total one star but the toys were okay…

Just came out from the shop. The staff is the WORST AND MOST KIDS UNFRIENDLY I have ever seen. Especially the woman with a straight of length hair. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SHOP AGAIN.

以後都唔會再去，貼錢買難受。 1）店舖環境混亂：一入門口，行去右手邊Lego area，發現周地都係Lego模型盒，我以為有職員執緊貨，原來並非我所想，係冇職員打理店舖環境，眼見店舖有兩個職員，一個就係收銀位玩緊電話，一個就坐係到。我分開入去店舖兩次，時間相隔半小時，都係發現冇人執過地下嘅貨品，而果兩個職員都係坐咗係到。 2）職員歧視：會聽到佢地大聲討論客人，完全唔理周圍有冇客人都照講，A：果個客人咩人嚟架？B：香港人架！A：以為係內地人。B：淨係翹住手，又唔理自己個小朋友周圍整亂啲野。感覺依間店舖啲職員質素唔專業。 3）職員並不歡迎小朋友入內：係得利園2期2樓開舖，全層都係賣小朋友商品，依間係玩具店，但完全唔歡迎小朋友。自從我小朋友㩒咗個發聲玩具，就即係9秒9衝過嚟睇下發生咩事，生怕整爛啲玩具，又係附近望到實一實，繼而講一啲說話單單打打話小朋友㩒啲玩具。而我已經係我小朋友㩒完個發聲玩具後，叫佢唔好再掂。但職員都繼續黑面。 4）職員冇禮貌：揀好玩具，比錢時，職員黑面，收錢時一句唔該或多謝都冇。係基本嘅禮貌冇。 今次已經係第二次去依間舖頭，其實兩次感覺都好差，每次入一啲賣小朋友舖頭嘅地方，都唔會有咁嘅待遇，係強烈明顯感受到依間店舖嘅職員完全唔鍾意有任何小朋友去掂任何佢地嘅貨品，不論言行都係表達出佢地嘅不歡迎。我唔清楚係佢地公司文化係咁定係個別職員問題。但真係唔會再去。佢地啲職員真係好趕客。明明想買多啲野，都搞到唔想幫襯。體驗真係好差！ 今日2023年7月31日
