My experience with SIS Diamond was truly exceptional. I highly recommend them for wedding rings or any custom jewelry. From the moment we met with Patrick, we were impressed. His warm welcome and in-depth knowledge of jewelry styles were evident. He clearly had a strong understanding of his craft. Initially, I had explored other jewelers, but they were unable to fulfill my vision for a wedding band with a matte coating, hammered texture, and an edgy setting. This was incredibly frustrating. Professionalism, craftsmanship, perfection, customer care, worth every penny! These words sum up my experience at SIS Diamond. I was searching for a diamond jeweller that also offers services such as design alterations for some of my 20-year-old diamond rings, earrings, necklace and bracelets (total 8 pieces) and came across SIS Diamond. Mr. Sky took care of me throughout the entire process, understanding my requirements, explaining if my requirements may not work and offering other design ideas. Sky is very knowledgeable, and so accommodating and friendly! At the end, they turned my 8 old jewellery pieces into 10 new exquisite diamond pieces, which I'm loving and enjoying so much right now. Some of my colleagues even complimented on them. Thank you very much SIS Diamond!
