Actually the actual sleeping experience was great. BUT: VERY hard to find (hotel should include a WRITTEN and SCHEMATIC explanation, it is NOT on Queens Road Central as you have to walk up a hidden staircase not easy to find), AND: The front door access is VERY difficult. Took me 7-8 attempts for it to properly read the QR code.

I had a great time staying at SLEEEP. I give 5 stars based on expectations. Take it for what it is and you will be more than happy. Obviously don’t expect a 5 star hotel, the price also reflects that. The experience is smooth, clean and quiet. The people staying here were respectful too. Super easy to check in and out. Everything you need for a little getaway. I used it for 2 nights whilst here for Hyrox event and I felt fully refreshed for the race after sleeping so well in the capsule. The location is also perfect! Really close to Peel street and other exciting parts of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! I had the best SLEEEP

Overall room ambience is good, but the shade blocks all the AC from flowing in, causing the capsule to be very warm. Plus, soundproofing is not good enough. I barely sleep at the first night due to others snoring. Anyway, they have good quality shower amenities with all Muji products. Hope the soundproofing and airflow improve for my next stay! Plus, there is a good amount of stairs to climb. Make sure you have a good arm strength to carry tour suitcase up to the hostel.
