Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Very friendly chatty guy. I found this place difficult to find as there's no indication of its existence at the entrance to the building or on the board listing the occupants in the foyer. Possibly you can't advertise a tobacco shop, or could it be security? It felt a little like entering a speakeasy during prohibition. You take the elevator to the 15th floor and there are three doors, two with name plates and one without a name plate but with a HUGE advert for some tobacco product I'd never heard of. We arrived a little before opening time, but soon the chap came along and business ensued. The entrance is the door on the left of the picture "Golden Hill Commercial Building"

I went in there to find a tobacco pipe to buy since the one in Wanchai didn’t have a good selection. I was genuinely amazed not only by the store but by the store manager named Hacky. What a professional, chill, down to earth and likeable dude. Very knowledgable and passionate for all smoke related items, he helped me find what I was looking for and also offered other recommendations, and was not pushy at all like a typical salesman. He reminds me of a bartender that will listen to your stories and share some good ones. Offer respect and he will give back ten fold. Solid dude. The store itself was very nice. Had soo many selections to choose from ranging from: Shisha bongs, glass bongs of diff shapes and sizes, glass or metal or wood and even a new high tech glass pipes, rolling papers, nice selection of tobaccos with flavours, tobacco pouches, gadgets and accessories, merchandises, ash trays etc… I did not see any cigars there. Can definitely spend 30 minutes inside there. Very clean, organised, bright, welcoming atmosphere with hip music. They also have a website so you can check out before making your way there. But definitely the best smoke store in Hong Kong. The Island do
