Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.

What can I say... working with SPACEPLAN has been a real pleasure. I was nervous looking for a designer/contractor for my first renovation and finding a company to trust felt impossible. Luckily I found SPACEPLAN. After inputting all my needs and requests into the online form, I was contacted quickly by the SPACEPLAN team and from there I was given a choice of two designers whom matched my needs. It was really nice to hear from the SPACEPLAN team details about the designers that I would have never found online nor from a referral. The SPACEPLAN team really understood my needs because I had a tough choice choosing between the designers. In the end, I made my life changing decision based on the presentation of the designers, my gut feeling and, just as importantly, the information/advice from the SPACEPLAN team. Now the renovation is complete and I have zero regrets. I will definitely go through SPACEPLAN again for all my future renovation needs. Highly recommended!

The team is professional, efficient, yet personable and down-to-earth during our time with them. Provides well thought out solutions which is especially helpful for those who have no prior experience in renovating their own apartment.

Very professional and kind hearted team that oversee the whole process from time to time. Clarence is especially nice and give me lots of useful opinions and shares a lot of experiences to me. This is indeed a very useful platform to help us to screen the companies. We feel comfortable and secure to decide which decoration company to choose from.
