Never trust anything the SUN Mobile sales staff tell you verbally. They will say anything to close a deal and completely deny it later. If it is not written black-and-white in the contract, do not sign it. If you must deal with them, you need to take a video or audio recording of the entire sales conversation as proof, because without media evidence, they will exploit the system, deny their own promises, and you will not get your money back.

I ordered Iphone11 promax in carousel (sun mobile online store) worth hkd2,300 but after the payment need to pay for the insurance hkd1,250 which i paid also and delivery will take only 45mins accdg to the seller after paying the insurance need to pay another hkd3,000 for they called it customs fee in which i didnt pay the 3rd time until now even the shadow of the phone is not yet arriving in my house theres scam happening for sure be alert on this matter and modus scheme just happened 4days ago...concerned citizen

We have just ordered an item from their shop on Carousel for 3000HKD. After the payment, we received an email saying we would need to pay 1250HKD insurance upfront which we would get back on delivery. We did this payment and received an email mentioning another fee upfront of 2200 hkd and we would get back 3450hkd on delivery. Don't buy anything from their Carousel shop!
