I've been training at Super Muay Thai for about four years now, and it's been a great experience. The instructors are excellent. They know how to push you to improve while also keeping the vibe fun and motivating. Each session starts with a proper warm-up, followed by shadow boxing, and then kicks and punches on the bags. During the session, you'll be pulled into the ring one-on-one for pad work. When I first joined, my fitness level was basically zero. Now, I train twice a week and it is great. It's a fantastic full-body workout, and the environment is really welcoming. Everyone, regardless of age, male/female, ethnic background (ignore that previous review!) or experience level is welcome. Even the more seasoned members often take the time to help out newcomers. Classes are mostly in Cantonese with some basic English, but it's very easy to follow along. The gym is well-maintained, the prices are really good, and the overall vibe is just great. Highly recommend Super Muay Thai to anyone looking to get into Muay Thai.

This is a great gym with a family vibe. I attended there for many years and had lots of personal attention paid to technique. One of the rare gyms that actually offers pad rounds with coaches.

First visit went very well. I'm early 40s and unfit.... The training is intense, but I was able to take it at my own personal pace. They pushed hard, but not too hard that I felt uncomfortable. They have all the equipment you might need, but it's all been used by someone else at some stage (the gloves stink 🤮) but I'll be getting my own as soon as possible!

Great gym to learn and train at. Very professional coaches teaching you techniques with heart. The coaches also joke around which makes the atmosphere less tense and more relaxed. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Best value Muay Thai gym in Hong Kong. Been coming here for 3 years. All Thai trainers with extensive fight and teaching experience. You get one round of one on one pad work minimum per group lesson. Good light hearted trainers who keep the lessons fun. Highly recommended!
