Therapist very unprofessional and inexperienced. Very local HK shop. No results. They take several photos of your face using their personal phone without consent — I specifically asked photo not to be taken.

I sincerely hope that my experience could be a lesson for many people. It was great when my son use the service via a popular online platform for the first time for facial treatment as it was professional and provided good result. We were persuaded to buy a 10 services package. The first time I found the lead time is only 45 minutes comparatively 15 minutes shorter than the trial and my son felt the work wasn’t as detail. Then we used two treatments as suggested but the timing remained the same as about 50 minutes combined. We had no choice but talk to the manager and nothing improved. My son’s face started to have pimples and a bit of uncomfortable after the 4th visit. We requested using the traditional way to clean up the pimples at the 5th time which using two treatments coupons, they excused with worrying about the scar may occur which we knew that they are finding excuses and using less efforts and perhaps less quality products once we bought the package. We made complaint to HKCC and the worst case may be losing a few thousands dollars left in the coupons. But we rather find another good and honest store and pay higher price.

I visited your salon today using a coupon from an event, hoping to try out the services. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst facial experience I've had in Hong Kong. The service felt rushed and unprofessional — from consultation to the actual treatment. It was clear there was little care or sincerity. Shockingly, I left the room with unblended cream still on my face. When I pointed it out, the staff simply wiped it off with a tissue and brushed it off as "just not blended." Even if it was a trial, it should have been a chance to impress, not to waste a customer's time. Instead, it felt like a careless, disappointing experience that I regret spending time and effort on.

Severe Burns, Verbal abuse and Total Management Failure - VERY UNSAFE I am writing this review to warn potential clients after a deeply distressing and harmful experience at this clinic. I was assigned a new technician who immediately created a problem, incorrectly claiming my last appointment was less than 8 weeks ago (it was exactly 8 weeks). She mentioned a rule I had never heard before, stating she could therefore only treat "half of my arms." When I tried to clarify and told her multiple times that I didn't understand why she was saying that, since it was already 8 weeks, she became frustrated, raised her voice and started yelling at me. I had to explicitly tell her to stop yelling and to calm down as it's not going to make me understand better. I then showed her the appointments dates on my phone so she could see it has been 8 weeks already. Seing I was right and she was wrong, she then performed the treatment at a recklessly fast pace, showing a complete disregard for my pain and tolerance, she would not pause or stop when it became too painful and I told her it hurts. I reported the incident to the manager immediately after the treatment. The manager's response was shoc
