Cafés, bakeries, dessert and drinks shops are often mainly takeaway with a few seats, and weekend afternoons are the busiest. Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Thu 15:00–22:30, Fri–Sun 15:00–23:30. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2127 7388; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there.

It has a Google rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 89 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Mid-Levels is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Paying is easy in Hong Kong: Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets such as PayMe, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK are widely used, although some small shops, market stalls and hawkers still take cash only.

Yummy apple crumble and cool vibe. Nice place to chill for a while. Would recommend it to others and we will be back when we're in the area again.

11/10 would recommend this spot! Visited this lovely dessert place on a Thursday evening. Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Sai Ying Pun, this quaint little dessert shop has captivated my heart and taste buds. This hidden gem offers a delightful mix of traditional and modern desserts on their menu. I ordered the Glutinous Rice Balls in Ginger soup, Mango Pancake and their chocolate lava cake. The ginger soup had the perfect spicy to sweetness ratio, their rice balls were thin and had a nice chew to it. Their mango pancake was refreshing made with mango ice cream, mango pudding and diced mangos - perfect for mango lovers. The chocolate lava cake gave the perfect ooze when you cut into it and makes a great dessert if you are looking for something simple but decadent.

This is a tasty modern Hong Kong dessert restaurant with all the usual things you might expect. Got coconut sago stuff from here delivered and it was really good. I've also eaten in, whilst the place is small, it was clean and the boss was very patient, prompt and helpful. I had the mango pancake which was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a sweet refreshment.

Order trio dessert if you want to try more varieties. Ice-cream has not melt after delivery. Should try dine-in next time.
