I want to highly commend Joseph for his outstanding customer service. I lost a valuable item near the bagging area and was incredibly stressed. When I first asked a worker to check the security cameras, I was told it could take a few days to review. Determined to find it sooner, I asked another worker named Joseph S. He immediately came to the rescue and went completely out of his way, checking with his fellow coworkers until my item was safely found. He took action right away and truly went the extra mile instead of making me wait. I sincerely hope upper management notices his initiative and gives him the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Joseph, for your kindness and dedication!

This place offers a wide variety of Japanese food, items, and household products. We visited after 7:00 PM, and there were markdown discounts available for selected food items. We bought the crepes, and surprisingly, they tasted really good! The flavour and quality exceeded our expectations. It's a nice place to explore if you're looking for Japanese products, snacks, and discounted food items at Hong Kong.

One of the bigger Donki branches in HK. I got garlic spread tubes in Donki, price was significantly lower compared to the supermarket next door.

I’m focusing this review on the fresh food section of Donki, particularly the sushi, sashimi, premium sliced beef, premium sliced pork, and a touch of dessert (just loving the matcha mont blanc). Even within this small slice of Donki’s sprawling three-floor emporium, the variety is nothing short of dazzling. Visiting Hong Kong? Plan for at least one meal or late-night snack featuring your own handpicked selection of sushi and sashimi from Donki. Craving an entire tray of toro? Go for it. A whole spread of uni? Why not. A feast of hotate? Absolutely. Best of all, you can indulge without emptying your wallet. Pro tip: keep some Wakamoto on hand for digestion—you might need it after this delicious spree!
