Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

I am writing this as a long-time Tesla owner who has invested a significant amount of money into the brand. I purchased both a Model X and a Model S, and on both vehicles I paid for Full Self-Driving (FSD) at a very high premium. At the time of purchase, FSD was presented as a forward-looking capability that would continue to improve and eventually deliver true autonomous driving. That vision was a major reason I justified the extra cost. Years later, I feel deeply disappointed. Despite its name, “Full Self-Driving” is still only a Level 2 driver assistance system. It requires constant supervision. It cannot operate independently. It is not autonomous in any meaningful sense of the word. The branding suggests something far more advanced than what customers actually receive. What makes this even more frustrating is the hardware situation. Vehicles running Hardware 3 — including my own — now appear unlikely to ever achieve true full autonomy. If the hardware cannot support the originally implied goal, then what exactly did customers pay for? We paid thousands of dollars for a future capability that may never arrive on our vehicles. Early adopters on Hardware 1, 2, and 2.5 are in

As the name implies, it's an experience center so it's not your typical car dealership showroom. You can come here to get scheduled for a test drive and have a first have look at the vehicles. They had a model 3 and model Y on display.

Massive amount of paperwork and requirements after the purchase of a new car. If you make use of discount, a customer must use Tesla designated car insurance. And the zero interest installment isn’t from Tesla. The pile of paperwork required is massive. And all the signing takes place at remote parts of Hong Kong. This isn’t a usual customer first experience. It is a matter of you fitting their form. The experience is more like the HK Gov TD or US DMV. You are just a number - not a buyer of a new car.

Attended the Northbound Travel Workshop at this showroom. Friendly staff that provided helpful information about application procedures to drive into mainland, charging network and roadside service for HK owners. Mainland service centre can assist HK Tesla owners for service and support. All under warranty items will also be covered by mainland service centre. Just hope the DC adapter to connect with mainland Superchargers will be available soon for all current models.

Great experience! They let you sit in a car and try different functions. They said that I can't open the "wing" doors, but still it was great :)
