The shop is marketed as a luxury brand, and the pricing reflects that—but the results do not. Before I brought my Porsche with an alcantara interior for the Deep Clean and Sterilisation Package (costing $2,680), they assured me they knew how to properly handle alcantara. After the service, they provided videos showing how they cleaned the interior. However, the method they used appeared improper for alcantara and may have permanently damaged the material. Because I no longer had confidence in their process, I did a full walk-around and found multiple areas that were still dirty or untouched: there was dust and debris that had not been cleaned; when I ran my finger along the underside area below the spoiler, it turned black from dust; the wheels looked clean only with minimal effort, but brake dust was still visible; the trunk/boot area underneath the mat was clearly left untreated; the armrest storage remained as dirty as when I arrived; and even the license plate was left unclean. At that point, I stopped inspecting further. Given this price range, I expected nothing less than top-tier service. My dog lost control of his bowels and defecated in the boot of our SUV. Despite my best efforts to clean it up, the SMELL was absolutely rancid 🤢 so I took it to the Car Spa. In one afternoon, they restored the interior of my car so it looked and smelled brand new. Two weeks later and the car still smells immaculate. Incredible job, can’t recommend them highly enough 👍🏼

Great and efficient service. The car wash was done by 3 staff and a time with a inspector did a final check on the cleaning quality. Price is on a bit higher side and the attention to detail worths it.
