Nothing inside for the time being, only a few restaurants and a handful of shops

In the evening of 21 Nov, 2024, I came to check out this skyscraper. On the morning of 22 Nov, 2024, I visited the HKUST premises on 30/F. I immediately felt that Kwun Tong had become Hong Kong’s second CBD.
