The serviced apartments are spacious, well maintained, and extremely comfortable — perfect for long stays. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Central. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The staff are exceptional — friendly, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and looked after. It really does feel like a home away from home, will definitely come back again ! I must particularly appreciate your staff for their exceptional professionalism. We stayed at the Mood Lyndhurst for 5.5 months and had a very pleasant experience. The location is extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk to Central MTR station, IFC, Tai Kwun, SoHo, supermarkets, and a variety of excellent restaurants. The room is modern, well-furnished, and meticulously maintained. The rain shower has good water pressure, and while the air conditioning is slightly noisy, it functions well. There’s ample storage space with plenty of cupboards and shelves. Even during Typhoon T10 and black rain warnings, the apartment remained quiet and felt very safe. The service team was attentive and professional. Special thanks to Mike and Ronald for their kind assistance throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping was thorough and consistently clean. The only drawback was the washer/dryer unit. It left clothes wrinkled and didn’t perform to standard. A newer model would be a worthwhile investment by the property owner. If you're looking for a serviced apartment in Central, the Mood Lyndhurst is a top choice.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mood in March. The apartment looks exactly the same as the pictures posted on their website. It’s modern, bright and equipped with high quality amenities. Even there was construction right across the street, we couldn’t hear any noise at all, it’s very quiet and comfortable inside the apartment. The location is super convenient, it’s surrounded by many bakeries, cute cafes and good eats. The Mid-Level escalator is just few steps away, it makes exploring the area amazingly easy and enjoyable. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. We checked in very late at night, the night concierge Ricky was so efficient, he took us to our apartment in no time. Mike was always helpful and got our local phone line fixed in a timely manner. The housekeeper Sally was super sweet, kind and kept our room clean. The Mood Lyndhurst made our trip more memorable and enjoyable, I have no doubt that we will stay there again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mood and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. Raymond, Ronald, and Mike went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, they immediately sprang into action and arranged a new room for us without any hassle. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Additionally, I must mention Sally, the housekeeper, whose meticulous attention to detail ensured that our room was spotless throughout our stay. Overall, The Mood exceeded my expectations, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Raymond, Ronald, Mike, and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free accommodation experience.

Had my most wonderful stay after 3 months! The room is luxurious, spacious and clean. The staff are so friendly, Mike, Ronald and Raymond always helped me with loads during my stay. I enjoyed it so much especially while I came for a short business trip to Hong Kong. Lovely!
