We enjoyed our visit to the puppy lounge! The staff all greeted us kindly and introduced each dog to us when we first arrived. We got a complimentary matcha, which was hand made by the staff! It was pretty good although I don't drink matcha much so not the best judge. As with each dog, personalities are different and especially when they are not familiar with you, they're likely to be in their own space (which I respect to be fair!). If you are desperate to hold or pet the dog you can ask the staff nicely and they will let you know if it's possible. I noticed that when none of the dogs seemed interested to play, the staff kindly gave each customer a treat to feed, which I appreciate. It is a nice working/studying environment where you get pet dogs here and there. In general though, they won't jump at you or be really active, they are therapy dogs after all. So if you are looking for fun perhaps a dog shelter would be more suitable. I love how this is a social enterprise and the owner was really nice too!

This place is a true gem!! Unlike other pet cafes, this is a genuine social enterprise with a heart. All the dogs are professionally trained therapy dogs, and they have strict working hour limits to ensure their well-being. They also help foster dogs to find a forever home! The environment is cosy and relaxing, the drinks are great, and the staff are super friendly. One tip: it gets quite crowded on weekends, so weekdays are much better for a quieter, more relaxed experience.

Another place to meet all therapy dogs! They are too much cute and friendly. I’ve been there on Tuesday in the afternoon. The place is not too big but not too small. You can pay 128$ as entrance fee then you will get one drinks. You can walk in and play with all doggos! ❤️ Will come back next time ☺️

This is a wonderful spot to connect with some truly lovely dogs, from those awaiting adoption to therapy dogs providing comfort to those in need. They even have beautifully designed portfolios for the dogs available for adoption. There is a minimum charge of $128 for one drink per person, which grants you two hours of petting time. I really enjoyed my Mocha!
