We can’t thank Dr. Stephan and the entire team enough for the incredible care they gave our Shiba, Duffy, through his illness and final days. Dr. Stephan is truly professional — clear explanations, thoughtful decisions, and calm guidance every step — but what stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about the animals (and their families). You could feel it in every visit: Duffy wasn’t just a case; he was treated with real kindness and respect. During those very critical last moments, the flexibility with visiting hours allowed us precious extra time with him — no rush, just space to be there holding him and saying goodbye. It meant everything to us, and we know it was a special kindness. The compassion extended beyond Duffy too — checking in on us, offering gentle words when we were hurting. It helped our whole family, including our son, through one of the hardest things we’ve faced. Huge thanks to Dr. Stephan and all the wonderful nurses and staff. Duffy was so lucky to have you, and we’re forever grateful. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing caring, heartfelt veterinary support.

I have been using Sanctuary Animal's and Dr. Stephen's services to take care of my dog since she was three-month old. My dog, during young age period, had strange sensitivity problem that we did not the reason. Dr. Stephen, after observations of some period, suggested her problem was related to anal gland and suggested to removing it. Initially, I was not very convinced, but I accepted the operation. And her sensitivity did improve a lot after that. Dr. Stephen is always very careful in prescribing medicine, particularly antibiotic. I found that his advice is important to reduce my misunderstandings. The clinic's staff are very helpful and patient. I appreciate their services very much.
