spacious room but noisy. poor lighting, smelly toilet, design not user-friendly. you have to clean your own towels and linen and to fight for laundry becoz there's only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole building. day time understaffed and no overnight staff. stay at your own risk. p.s. they don't privide toilet paper！

Nice spacious rooms. Slightly noisy given the location. Apartment has good sound insulation but inevitable to hear traffic if living on a lower floor. Bad/strong fragrance used at the lobby. Nice and helpful staff

Prices went crazy since under new managment in july 2017... now 40,000$ a month studio instead of 30,000$ previously
