TERRIBLE experience from unprofessional staff etiquette. Would not recommend Saw this place from social media and had a good initial interaction with a staff member who was very knowledgeable and courteous. I found a watch I really liked and expressed interest, and was told it was available and they can hold it for me, but to leave my contact so they can reach me in case there was interest so I can have first choice. All seems well. Only another staff member decided to reach out to their client after my visit, who apparently previously viewed the same watch but no-showed after promising to buy, and managed somehow to show up hours after my visit to buy it. And the store never notified me until all this was already done. To top it off, I was sent a bs "apology" afterwards claiming they "did their best to hold the watch" for me (they didn't) and blamed me for not placing a deposit (which they never suggested or said was necessary to hold). And honestly it's this last lie that's triggering this negative review. I understand there are behind the scenes dealings in the business but the lying to customers and staff going behind each others back and completely undermining their own co

An excellent selection of vintage watches, especially Rolex, and friendly staff. However, the prices seem to be all over the place. I spotted a vintage Hugex chronograph which uses the Valjoux 22 movement. Not a rare watch by any means, and the movement is bog standard. Found a few similar watches on Chrono24 for around USD 2.5k, and some on Ebay for around USD 1k. Their price? An eye watering USD 9.5k! The sales persons justification? The other watches must be fake (yeah, every single one on the market except theirs…) No way can that price be justified for a standard movement in a relatively unknown watch without any notable history. I might have just found the odd one out, but do your research.

a number of years ago purchased a full set tropical submariner for $25k usd and discovered - too late - that it was a franken watch: painted dial non original bezel non original case. Not to be trusted. Of course they refused to buy it back. they saw me coming. Not to be trusted without verification.
