Agreed it’s an absolutely rubbish vet. Caring about moneys more than life. Medical overcharge with Western medicine & Chinese medicine & floral water like super big pack. If possible it should be negative and no star. Just seen the news that previously Dr Betty Cheng were on the list of DISCIPLINARY INQUIRIES OF THE VETERINARY SURGEONS BOARD. 2 cases. What a shame!

They are thieves! I was charged $1000+ (Very expensive in my opinion for a minor ailment) for consultation and medication and asked for an invoice with vet’s signature and diagnosis in order to claim insurance. They had the audacity to charge another $100 for the invoice and said anything signed by a vet will get a surcharge of $100! Never seen such money scammers in my life- can understand the costs if the form is complicated and requires vet’s extra time to complete, but here, there’s nothing to fill in, I just an invoice with diagnosis and signature. Hence, AVOID at all costs - there’s no love for animals by the vets here- it’s only the dollar signs that matter !

An absolutely rubbish vets. Went there to have my cat vaccinated. My cat had a coughing attack in the vets office (and had been coughing and sneezing with mucus at home for a while. They had previously given medicines for this, but none had been effective). The vet took an x-ray and said that he had pneumonia. She suggested that he take a course of treatment and stay there (including overnight) for four days. I of course agreed to it, as pneumonia is such a serious diagnosis and can be lethal. For this treatment I was charged over $8000. Over the next few days I noticed that the vet in question, Dr Betty, was hardly in and I was mostly dealing with the assistants. Then after the four days passed, a totally different vet came to speak to me, and said that having looked at the x-ray she didn't think it looked like my cat had pneumonia and he seemed like ''a happy and healthy kitten''. She also said that the x-ray they took after the four days looked the same as the first one. So it was a complete waste of my money and time. I don't know where the vet who made the diagnosis was. Instead of her following through and talking to me about my cat's progress and the results after four days,

Dr Betty and the nurse is nice and attentive, my cat seems relax and unrepulsive here (quite a big contrary in other pet hospital)

Real vet with alternative medicine practice. My dog is having brain tumor and looking for something to make him enjoy whatever is remain of his time on earth. Doctor Denise was very caring and seems to be very experienced in these cases. My dog is known for bitting the vet and he was very peaceful with her. Now he's jumping around in the house happily with a brain tumor going to kill him anytime
