There is a traffic light right at the exit, the traffic light could only let 2 to 3 car through. It's a nightmare especially during peak hour. It does have a good view of central on the top floor though.

Convenient, clean, and courteous service in the heart of Central. Excellent location. View of the harbor - an wonderful bonus. Relatively reasonable rates for cars and motorcycles alike. Now, also has electric car charging facilities.

For Central its quite good, not all buildings in central have public car parks and this one is reasonably priced and located. Spaces are easy to navigate. Exiting may take some time due to congestion. The top level has some decent views too! There's also a public toilet which can be handy.
