極度失望。這間店表面包裝得非常有日韓街頭設計，實際上的產品和服務質素令人咋舌。 貨品方面：店內男裝款式雖多，但牛仔褲質素非常低劣。買的時候摸落挺身，結果只是出廠前塗了厚厚的工業化學漿死撐，洗完一次後立刻打回原形變得又薄又鬆垮。事後上網做功課，才發現大把網友反映這裏大多是淘寶批發貨色，親身踩坑證實做工確實與廉價淘寶貨無異，卻標上幾百蚊的價格，性價比極低。 服務態度更是重災區：前線（疑似老闆）服務極度敷衍。對客人完全不主動幫忙，查詢尺碼或款式時態度冷淡、愛理不理。 最令人無法接受的是對客人的性別敏感度極低、極不尊重。在明知周圍有其他客人在場的情況下，對中性打扮的客人堅持刻意稱呼『小姐』。及三番五次，看到那位客人黑臉十分尷尬，也繼續呼叫，在這種主打年輕人、潮流服飾的店鋪，竟然還有如此古板和落後的歧視心態，盲目用性別標籤去框住客人，完全不顧及客人的感受，令人感覺被當眾冒犯。 這是典型的低級失誤，專業能力低微，且缺乏對多元客群的基本尊重。這種靠包裝淘寶貨暴利、服務態度落後的小老闆，在潮流界注定走不遠，遲早被市場徹底淘汰，亦奉勸所有注重尊重與產品質素的朋友三思。 更新回覆：全部牛仔質地硬過條命，另外那位客人並不是我的朋友，我只是覺得不應不尊重及歧異對待，令人難堪是卑劣行為，希望你能幫員工培訓，那個員工IG是6666kuen66664(以免你不知道是誰)，T-shirt 是滿意，並拿下幾件，一直有幫襯開。
