Well was this ever a surprise. What started as a chance and impulsive decision to get my ring refurbished while I was on a business trip in Hong Kong, turned out to be well worth it. I left my ring with TINI JEWELRY in Hong Kong after I conconcluded a business trip, knowing I would not be back for 6 months. Turns out I met the most wonderful family small business. Prior, I was told by the original artisan (An Italian Argentinian Silver Smith) that the inlay setting of the ring would be very difficult to fix. At his age he declined to try. Not only did TINI JEWELRY find the perfect replacement stone, they perfected the inlay, exceeding my expectations. TINI also fixed the dents in the ring, and polished it so it looked better than ever. They were always in contact each step of the way, HONEST and Trustworth, transparent communication. I had such a wonderful experience with TINI JEWELRY 玲瑯珠寶 in Hong Kong. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. After this jewellery shop fixed a couple of necklaces and resized a ring, I then used them to make a bespoke engagement ring. They walked us through every step from choosing the stone and designing a setting. The final product is beautiful exceeded our expectation.
