Unkind and mannerless the way they talk when customer comes to enquire about a bike. Avoid them at all costs, even the 2nd hand bikes they sell are at higher than market value and are damaged and they lie to your face saying it’s all fine.

Both my bikes are Kawasaki so regular services and repairs (20 year old W650) i get to visit here 2 to 3 times a year. Helpful staff and from what i understand reasonable rates. Rebuilt my W650 engine and did a good job.

I wish that I had had more faith in the main Kawasaki dealer from the get go, and I wish that I had used Titanic sooner (after buying my secondhand bike)! Angel is always helpful, and Adams is a real star. I have a great deal of respect for the Titanic Team and, I can recommend them to anyone with a Kawasaki that needs some help... As shared elsewhere, Adams is a top guy and although Titanic is not the cheapest for services, when I pick my bike up after a service, I always leave happy in the knowledge that I do so safely - and on two wheels, that's important!

Visited the shop but no staff trying to help, all of them are chatting on their own. Maybe I doesn't look like buying a bike, so they don't dare to explain anything to me
