Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.

Their location is easy to found and convenient to reach. The place is clean and room is big and atmosphere is peace. Staff are all nice and care, especially Sue she provided an excellent service on my dogs funeral day.

The TLC team are professional and compassionate. They collected our cat’s body from the vet’s promptly, the driver called to tell you it’s collected and the next day, the office calls you to explain the process. They email you the information kit with the range of services. On the day of the funeral, you’re allowed 30 minutes in a nice room to say “goodbyes”. Our beloved cat was laid out beautifully and looked so peaceful, like he was sleeping. His fur was beautifully set. The cremation is quick and you have the choice of an individual or group cremation. They also offer a range of souvenirs which are a bit pricy (my only criticism) but they are never pushy at peddling them. A pet-owner couldn’t ask for a more beautiful and dignified service to send their beloved pets on their final journey. 🧡 🐾 🌈

Very professional throughout... Losing our little dog was an incredibly traumatic experience, and TLC showed great care from the moment they collected his body through to the cremation. Our little lad sadly passed overnight and whilst TLC don't do 24 hour service (which in a way was good as it gave us time to be with him one last night), when we called them the next morning they were very quick in response. A commendable note to the team who turned up, they were incredibly gentle with his body and gave us time to say our goodbyes. They didn't push or mention any costs, simply asked us to check our details, gave us their pamphlet showing us the address and that they would be in touch. They arranged the cremation as early as they could (7 days), and told us we would have a room before the cremation where we would see him beforehand. They provided a TV for if we had a home-made video to play showing our little one, and gave us 30 minutes to be with him. To be honest, they continued to accommodate us as we went over time as we said final goodbyes. Again, during this time at their location, the staff were courteous and helpful. We wanted to take some clippings of fur, and they provi
