The service here is terrible, 1) there is no air conditioner in the room for two months and still now, but none of the staffs will help you or offer you a fan to ease the terrible condition or offer you to switch to another room. There is no service at service apartment; 2) since there is no air conditioner, I am forced to open windows yet there are so many mosquitoes. Over the past two months without air conditioner, I cannot sleep well at all; 3) under my contract I am able to extend the rent, but they breach the terms and not allow me to stay longer and force me to find another place immediately. It is a Terrible experience of staying here.

Stuff is friendly and helpful, location is central, room is clean and decent size. However the single glass, metal frame window offers no noise insulation at all. I checked the windows three times because the amount of noise suggests that they may be open. The roads around the building are very busy. I was only able to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones on.

Nice place very well located in the center. This is serviced apartments, so don't expect fancy lobby and extended services. It is basic but our room and bathroom were clean. Room is around 20sqm + bathroom (shower only). Queen size bed, fridge, hairdryer, TV, DVD player, and a decent view on the bay. Very easy to go in and out with tons of convenience stores right there.

Very prime location in Hong Kong Island, in the heart of Causeway Bay. Large (by Hong Kong hotel standards) , clean, fast reliable internet, and very comfortable. The staff here is great- I arrived several hours before my scheduled check in time, completely my own fault, but the staff accommodated me with an early room anyway! I would definitely stay here again.

good value for a amazing location. Room is clean n well equipped, reasonable sized for Hong Kong standard. I would like to give a 6 stars to the lady security guard on duty for getting us extra pillow while the rest of the staffs are off duty. it’s a service apartment so there is no front of house service after office hour.
