In January 2026, my wife and I purchased two pairs of gloves and a helmet from this store. Throughout our shopping experience, the staff were very attentive and polite. We received satisfactory answers to every question we asked. They explained the pros and cons of the products we wanted to buy with complete transparency. A few months later, one of the gloves I had purchased came apart at the seam. I sent an email to the company, including photos illustrating the issue. They informed me that they would exchange the product for any other item I desired. I returned to Hong Kong two days ago and was once again greeted with the same warm hospitality at this store. The defective product was replaced with a new one. It’s a store where you can shop safely and enjoyably for motorcycle gear and helmets. I highly recommend it.

My favorite place in Hongkong! This is my 2nd time here and it's always a pleasant experience. It's like the Disneyland for motorcylists. Prices are fair and a lot cheaper compared to prices in the Philippines but I think it's still cheaper to buy Arai/Shoei directly from Japan but the prices here is not bad at all! My 1st visit here I bought an Alpinestars gloves which I still use today. This time, I fought the urge to buy anything but I found the Wiz sliders and Arai spoiler were priced nicely here. They have many items and parts and just window-shopping is already fun for me!

I've finally found a helmet and motorcycle accessory shop I can trust completely! The salesperson, Kenny, took the time to understand my very specific requirements, and showed me my options. There were so many options.The store was nice and comfortable and there’s was no buying pressure. It's refreshing to find such honest and customer-focused service in the accessories industry where there’s already so much competition. I bought a Carbon Fiber Scorpion helmet, an additional blue tint visor and some cleaning cloth and accessories. 5 Stars for Helmet King and especially Kenny. Would highly reccomend a visit to the store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A rare modern shop with latest gadgets & gears. Very friendly staff. Helping us with our sizes availability. Had a chat with the guy there, he was very informative, they just started with bike rental. Shop is stocked with plenty of options, helmets, tees, accessories, parts, riding gears, stickers, bags etc. Highly recommended for bikers !!
