This was my first time ordering from Toys Turn Turn so I was somewhat skeptical about the legitimacy and listed prices on the figure I was interested in. All of the usual seller I use were sold out of this item SDG Asuka Langley 1/3 Silicone figure but Toys Turn Turn still had preorders available at a very good price. I decided to take a chance and place the preorder with them and luckily only a couple of weeks later the item came in-stock and was soon shipped out to me. I do have to mention that shipping charges for this item were rather high, but shipping was extremely fast and the item arrived in pristine condition. The figure delivered to me is 100% authentic and quite beautiful, several weeks later I received the accessories shipment at no extra shipping costs to me. All in including the price of the product, fees and shipping the total cost for my premium collectible figure was very competitive with the best prices I came across from other sellers. Store to avoid. I ordered a used Sorayama piece even though the seller told me all products were new. Despite my complaint, the person refuses to take responsibility. This is not serious at all. I will no longer buy from you.

Be very careful when buying from this shop. If you ask them to inspect and check the product for you before you purchase, they will laugh and say the product is no longer available. It’s acceptable to ask sellers to make sure the product is not damaged and has no manufacturer’s defects before purchasing with no refunds. If they refuse and suddenly say it’s already reserved, then you know this shop has a problem. You have been warned.
